After you complete our initial styling questionnaire, we’ll begin with a complimentary one-hour brainstorming session. This is your opportunity to explore your vision and style in depth, sharing ideas of any size. It’s a great way for us to understand your preferences—what excites you and what doesn’t. During the session, we’ll provide expert guidance, share inspiration, and generate creative ideas for your wedding. STEP TWO After our consultation, we’ll create a thoughtfully curated mood board filled with design concepts and inspiration, along with a comprehensive overview of the venue areas we’ll style. Additionally, we’ll share recommendations for trusted suppliers and provide a detailed final quote. If you feel we’re the perfect match for your wedding, we’ll secure your date. STEP THREE Once your deposit is paid and your wedding date is secured, we can begin the creative process. Throughout the planning stages, we’ll be available for unlimited support via email and phone. We’ll schedule a consultation six months before your big day, followed by another one six weeks prior. You also have the option to hold one of these meetings at your venue, allowing us to review plans in person and finalise all the important details. STEP FOUR Relax, enjoy a glass of champagne, and let us take care of everything on your big day. We’ll arrive early to handle the setup, making sure every detail is perfect. If the ceremony space needs to be rearranged for the reception, we’ll manage the transition seamlessly. Otherwise, we’ll stay till midnight to clear down or return the next morning to pack up all decorations and organise the return of any hired items, so you can focus on celebrating without any stress and cure any minor hangovers….. But our books are open to you as soon as you book your venue. WHAT DO YOU NOT PROVIDE? We don’t handle florals or furniture rentals directly, but we’ll help you find the best suppliers for those. Additionally, we don’t offer traditional wedding packages or pre-selected decor. Every piece we use is custom designed or sourced specifically for you. But you can hire only from us, with what we have in stock, in the DIY Section . We'll bundle up those items for you to create a price tailored to your needs and location. HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PACKAGE IS RIGHT FOR MY WEDDING? Our packages serve as a starting point, giving you a foundation to build on based on your vision. We will point you to the correct package when you enquire. Most couples spend from £1550 to £4500, depending on whether they need on the day stationery, guest count and the complexity of design. WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PACKAGES? The main difference between our packages lies in the additional services provided. 'Styled Like a Rockstar' includes stationery from I Like Pens studio, while 'All The Small Things' does not. 'One Fine Day' helps couples set up and takedown their own decorations on the day, so they don’t have to worry about the setup themselves.

We know wedding costs can add up, which is why we offer a flexible payment structure. A 30% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance split into two payments: one at 6 months and the final one month before the wedding. This allows you to spread the cost while ensuring everything is planned to perfection. 2 "Will my family understand this, or will they hate it?" It’s natural to want your wedding to reflect you while also keeping family happy. We help strike that balance by designing a space that feels wedding like (if that's what you're after) and personal—something guests may not expect, but will love once they step into it. 3 "What if my venue won’t allow certain décor?" Choosing the right venue is key—not just for the vibe but also for their rules on décor. Some venues have restrictions on open flames, ceiling installations, or wall attachments, and we get that. That’s why we ask all the right questions upfront, so you don’t have to worry. If there’s a restriction, we’ll find an alternative way to bring your vision to life without compromising on aesthetics. 4 "Do you have set décor packages?" Nope! Unlike traditional hire companies, we don’t work from a stock list. Every design is built from scratch based on your vision, not just what we happen to have in storage. Of course, we do have a carefully curated collection of pieces we’ve used before, and you’re more than welcome to use them—we might even suggest them if they fit your vision and vibe! But ultimately, everything we create is tailored specifically to your wedding, ensuring it feels fresh, intentional, and completely you. 5 "I love this, but I have no idea what I actually want. Can you help?" 100%. You don’t need to have a fully formed vision—that’s what we’re here for. But I’ll never forget being part of a wedding party and watching the bride, the day before her big day, exhausted and overwhelmed as she decorated the venue, and spending ages ironing her tablecloths. It’s about making a real difference. In honour of my late brother-in-law Jacob, I’m proud to be raising awareness and funds for Teenage Cancer Trust’s Wear a Band T-Shirt campaign. This isn’t just a charity - it’s a lifeline for young people who deserve better than a sterile, soul-sucking hospital environment. Teenage Cancer Trust gives teens and young adults spaces where they can actually feel like themselves. Bright colours, comfort, and a sense of normalcy, even when everything else feels like chaos. This shoot is my way of giving back to a cause that truly made a difference to Jacob and my family. It’s my way of saying “thank you” for what they did and of ensuring that young people facing cancer continue to get the support they deserve. Hiring pieces for your wedding can be daunting. But with Un-Traditional it's so so so easy! Learn how simple it can be. HOW HIRE WORKS This is for the DIY couples who just want to use some of our amazing stock to enhance their vision! This won't apply for couples using our styling services. Hiring items is available UK-Wide. But we do not ship, as we love our items and want to keep them safe. So travel/accommodation will be incorporated into the price. Hire is for 3 days. Step 1: Get Some Inspiration Have a browse through the DIY section of the site to find our in stock items. Make a note of what you'd like to hire and then get in touch. We'll need to know your date and quantity of items. We'll get back to you ASAP if hire is available for the 3 dates surrounding your wedding and the quantities we have. If you are a DIY bride you'll more than likely need some help setting up and takedown - check out our One Fine Day package . Step 2: Quote Once you've had a look through the website, get in touch with what you would like to hire so we can provide you with a quote. It will have the full breakdown of costs so you can easily stick to budget. Item price Delivery & Pick Up Breakage Length of time hired Cleaning If you are happy with your quote and would like to book us, we will ask for a 50% deposit on your order to secure your day and hire items. We will ask for the remaining payment 1 month before your event or wedding day. If we do not have final payment we have the right to relinquish your date, and keep the deposit. Step 3: Your Big Day or Event 2 weeks before your event, we will confirm times with you to bring your hire items to the venue. We can also talk straight to your venue - we prefer this as it is one less thing you have to worry about. We will also arrange a time for it to be collected the next day. We don't ask for timings at booking as you probably won't know the answer until everything is mostly in place. And that's it! Super simple!
