ABOUT US

WELCOME TO UN-TRADITIONAL WEDDING STYLISTS

Stef and Rosie have always been a bit different, never quite fitting the usual mould.

SO, WHO ARE WE?

Well… it all started in college, what feels like a lifetime ago, where we first crossed paths while studying hairdressing. We instantly clicked, much to the amusement of our classmates, who affectionately (or not-so-affectionately) called us the "Greebos." Gotta love those noughties insults, right?

We were both obsessed with bold, vibrant hair colours and the classic black clothing that never goes out of style - something that still rings true to this day.

Fast forward a few years...

When Stef got engaged, and they knew they didn’t want a traditional white wedding. But finding suppliers who shared their non-traditional vision proved to be a challenge. So, they decided to create it themselves.

With Stef’s extensive background in music gig management, event planning, and her own experience with weddings, she knew it was time to return to a more creative and sociable career.

And that’s when Un-Traditional was born.

WHAT MAKES US AN ALTERNATIVE WEDDING SUPPLIER?

At Un-Traditional, we aren’t here to offer the same wedding experiences everyone else is doing.

We specialise in designing weddings for those who crave something different - couples who want a wedding that speaks to their true selves. Whether it’s through bold colours, a raw, authentic vibe, or something totally unexpected, we costume weddings that reflect the unique identities of the people we work with.

We are for those who’ve embraced non-conformity; just as we have.

We know the importance of creating a wedding that feels true to you, not just a carbon copy of what’s expected.

We don’t do traditional, and we don’t try to fit anyone into a box.

WE ARE 100% ACCESSIBLE & INCLUSIVE

We believe that everyone deserves a wedding that represents who they are, and that means making our services accessible and inclusive.

From our language to our designs, we ensure that all couples, regardless of background or identity, feel welcomed and supported throughout their journey with us.

We go beyond just offering inclusive design options; we actively work with and support causes that promote equality within the wedding industry. Whether it’s through collaborations with like-minded creators or spreading the word, we’re committed to creating positive change wherever we can.

A FUN FACT....

Before diving into the wedding world, Stef made a name for herself in the music industry, performing at iconic venues like the O2 Islington and the 100 Club.
