We take the lead on everything from creative direction based on a few images and colours that you love. We take control of sourcing/creating bespoke items and we offer an option of helping you find your florist. We sort out all the logistics with the venue and fellow suppliers on your team, and the total setup and pack down.
We bring Kate at I Like Pens Studio in from day one, locking your stationery, signage and decor into one seamless, high-impact vibe.

The Creative Eidt
You’ve picked your dream wedding venue and you have a core idea of how you want the day to look, but you need help with a few zones, to make the vision solid, and we'll source in all the decor so it doesn't just look "fine" but holy shit!
Pick 5 zones where you want total takeover!
We dive into your ideas, then we design a concept for you. We style the 5 areas that matter the most to you. So your aesthetic is tight, cohesive, and unmistakably you while creating that vibe you are desperately after in just parts of the day.
This package is for the nearlyweds who have a theme or concept in mind for the key moments of the day, but need help visualising, pulling it together and sourcing decor items with setup and pack down included. More Zones can be added on top.

You’ve bought all the cool stuff and you’ve got it all ready to go, but the last thing you want to be doing on your wedding day is setting up the venue.
Rosie and I arrive, we handle the setup, the flip, and we pack it all back down.
No fuss, no design talk.
Just us setting out your own decor so you don't have to worry about it on your wedding day.

Our stylist way is design-led, not convenience-led. Completely bespoke.
And so our prices won’t compare to other stylists and cannot be compared to decor hire companies, because our process doesn’t either.

STEP ONE
Drop us an E-mail to check date availability. If the calendar is clear well ask a few questions to get a brief understanding of your day.
After you complete our initial styling questionnaire, we’ll begin with a complimentary one-hour brainstorming session. This is your opportunity to explore your vision and style in depth, sharing ideas of any size. It’s a great way for us to understand your preferences—what excites you and what doesn’t. During the session, we’ll provide expert guidance, share inspiration, and generate creative ideas for your wedding.
STEP TWO
After our consultation, we’ll create a thoughtfully curated mood board filled with doodles and the inner workings of our brain, so you can see what we see.
Additionally, we’ll share recommendations for trusted suppliers eg florists and provide a detailed final quote. If you feel we’re the perfect match for your wedding, secure us with the 35% deposit of your quote.
STEP THREE
Once your deposit is paid and your wedding date is secured, we can begin the creative process.
Throughout your planning stages, we’ll be available for unlimited support via email and WhatsApp group.
We’ll send out your PDF design plan around 6 months (after a site visit if one is required). For you to look over and confirm. Then we start getting all the items in.
We'll also be collaborating with your other suppliers to guarentee it all looks cohesive and utterly stunning.
STEP FOUR
Relax, pop on spotify and enjoy a glass of champagne, as we take care of everything on your big day.
We’ll arrive early (or day before) to handle the setup, making sure every detail is perfect.
If the ceremony space needs to be rearranged for the reception, we’ll manage the transition seamlessly. Otherwise, we’ll stay till midnight to clear down or return the next morning to pack up all decorations.
So you can focus on celebrating without any stress and cure any minor hangovers…..
HOW DOES IT WORK WITH YOU AS OUR WEDDING STYLIST?
PAYMENT PLANS AVAILABLE
We understand that budgeting for a wedding is stressful, so our payment plans are a brilliant way to ease that financial pressure.
Split into 3 payments. Your 30% deposit, 35% at 6 months before and 35% 1 month before.
WHEN TO BOOK US
We recommend booking 12 months in advance to give us the time to create a custom decor plan that’s perfect for your style.
If you’re on a shorter timeline, that’s okay too—we’ll still make it work. You’ll also have access to our flexible payment plan options when you book early.

Stef & Rosie style the best bespoke weddings that I have ever seen. Offering nontraditional pieces and styles, their work is iconic. From the very first communication we've had, messages about ideas and thoughts and meeting them Stef and Rosie immediately show you that they're for you and put you at ease. From just the first call, Stef and Rosie
actively listen, asks the important questions and completely captures your personality! It'struly impressive and myself and my partner feel extremely lucky to be able call them our wedding stylists. From everything from the big statement pieces down to the little special
touches, they really work extremely hard to capture you and make your day extremely magical. They literally work from the top to the very smallest detail and don't miss a thing!
Their communication is excellent and being a bride it can be stressful but Stef and Rosie put my mind and rest instantly and that's something extremely invaluable. They've created a safe, inclusive and open environment. DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes! We offer a flexible payment plan which is more effective when you book 12 months in advance. You’ll only need to pay a 30% deposit to secure your date, with the balance spread out leading up to your wedding day.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
We recommend booking at least 12 months in advance for the best results, but we can work with shorter timelines as well. Depending on date availability. But our books are open to you as soon as you book your venue.
WHAT DO YOU NOT PROVIDE?
We don’t handle florals or crockery or furniture rentals directly, but we’ll help you find the best suppliers and florists for those decor elements!
We will source everything else unless stated in our brainstorm session / quote.
If you don’t want the stylist treatment, you can hire only from us, with what we have in stock, in the DIY Section. We'll bundle up those items for you to create a price tailored to your needs and location.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PACKAGE IS RIGHT FOR MY WEDDING?
Our packages are designed as foundations to be built upon, and we’ll guide you toward the right fit once we’ve had a proper chat about your vision if you're uncertain which one is for you. Typically, a complete aesthetic takeover of the venue ranges from £2,200 to £5,500. Choosing the top tier is for the couples who want the full works: bespoke on-the-day stationery, ambitious large-scale styling, and a day that feels entirely iconic rather than just another wedding.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PACKAGES?
The main difference between our packages lies in the additional services provided. 'Styled Like a Rockstar' includes stationery from I Like Pens studio and more key zone moments. 'All The Small Things' has 5 key zone moments, without I Like Pens Studio collab. 'One Fine Day' helps couples set up and takedown their own decorations on the day, so they don’t have to worry about the setup themselves.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
We absolutely do travel across the whole of the UK!
If your venue is more than 2 hours away from Northamptonshire, please note that an Accommodation Contribution will be included in your quote.
We add this to ensure everyone’s safety during late-night pack-downs — driving home exhausted is never a good idea! In some cases, we may also need to arrive the day before to setup, to allow for an early start or to avoid potential traffic delays.
This cost will be in addition to your stated Styling Budget.
Site visits come at an additional cost if travel is more than 1 hour from Northamptonshire.
