This is your wedding day, and it deserves a decor plan that’s exactly what you want.
IF YOU'RE THINKING OF BOOKING AN ALTERNATIVE WEDDING STYLIST - DON'T WAIT TOO LONG!
We recommend booking 12 months in advance to give us the time to create a custom decor plan that’s perfect for your style.
If you’re on a shorter timeline, that’s okay too—we’ll still make it work. You’ll also have access to our flexible payment plan options when you book early.

We understand that budgeting for a wedding is stressful, so our payment plans are a brilliant way to ease that financial pressure.
Split into 3 payments. Your 30% deposit, 35% at 6 months before and 35% 1 month before.
THE STYLIST WAY
STEP ONE
Drop us an E-mail to check date availability. If the calendar is clear well ask a few questions to get a brief understanding of your day.
After you complete our initial styling questionnaire, we’ll begin with a complimentary one-hour brainstorming session. This is your opportunity to explore your vision and style in depth, sharing ideas of any size. It’s a great way for us to understand your preferences—what excites you and what doesn’t. During the session, we’ll provide expert guidance, share inspiration, and generate creative ideas for your wedding.
STEP FOUR
Relax, enjoy a glass of champagne, and let us take care of everything on your big day. We’ll arrive early to handle the setup, making sure every detail is perfect. If the ceremony space needs to be rearranged for the reception, we’ll manage the transition seamlessly. Otherwise, we’ll stay till midnight to clear down or return the next morning to pack up all decorations and organise the return of any hired items, so you can focus on celebrating without any stress and cure any minor hangovers…..
STEP TWO
After our consultation, we’ll create a thoughtfully curated mood board filled with design concepts and inspiration, along with a comprehensive overview of the venue areas we’ll style. Additionally, we’ll share recommendations for trusted suppliers and provide a detailed final quote. If you feel we’re the perfect match for your wedding, we’ll secure your date.
STEP THREE
Once your deposit is paid and your wedding date is secured, we can begin the creative process. Throughout the planning stages, we’ll be available for unlimited support via email and phone. We’ll schedule a consultation six months before your big day, followed by another one six weeks prior. You also have the option to hold one of these meetings at your venue, allowing us to review plans in person and finalise all the important details.

You’ve spent months planning and gathering every detail, from the perfect table settings to the final decor touches. Now, it’s time to hand it over to us to setup so you can enjoy your day.

- We handle full venue setup, ensuring every single one of your details is placed exactly as you envisioned.

On-the-Day Styling Management
- We oversee the entire setup process, making sure everything looks perfect.
- If anything needs tweaking or adjusting, we’ve got it handled before you even notice.
Seamless Transitions & Behind-the-Scenes Magic
- We change over your ceremony to wedding breakfast to partying!
- We keep everything looking fresh throughout the event. If anything needs a quick fix, we handle it—so you and your guests stay in the moment.
End-of-Night Pack Down
- At the end of the night, we take care of the breakdown and clean-up, so you don’t have to.

DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes! We offer a flexible payment plan which is more effective when you book 12 months in advance. You’ll only need to pay a 30% deposit to secure your date, with the balance spread out leading up to your wedding day.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
We recommend booking at least 12 months in advance for the best results, but we can work with shorter timelines as well. Depending on date availability. But our books are open to you as soon as you book your venue.
WHAT DO YOU NOT PROVIDE?
We don’t handle florals or furniture rentals directly, but we’ll help you find the best suppliers and florists for those decor elements!
If you don’t want the stylist treatment, you can hire only from us, with what we have in stock, in the DIY Section. We'll bundle up those items for you to create a price tailored to your needs and location.
HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PACKAGE IS RIGHT FOR MY WEDDING?
Our packages serve as a starting point, giving you a foundation to build on based on your vision. We will point you to the correct package when you enquire. Most couples spend from £1550 to £4500, depending on whether they need on the day stationery, guest count and the complexity of design.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PACKAGES?
The main difference between our packages lies in the additional services provided. 'Styled Like a Rockstar' includes stationery from I Like Pens studio, while 'All The Small Things' does not. 'One Fine Day' helps couples set up and takedown their own decorations on the day, so they don’t have to worry about the setup themselves.
