Step 1: Get Some Inspiration

Planning the perfect table can feel a little bit daunting right?
Firstly don't worry, we are both here to help you!
The best place to start is checking our Instagram.
Start to build a picture of what you like, and dislike. This will help to form an image in your head of what you want the final picture to be.

We love getting involved in this part of the planning stages!

We will also help lay your tables too!
If you are a DIY bride, you will need help on the day to setup - and we're here to help.
- We can plan everything with you; all the details.
- We will go above and beyond to find items,.
- Try extremely hard to get your vision while sticking within your budget.
Step 2: Quote

Once you've had a look through the website, get in touch with what you would like to hire so we can provide you with a quote.

It will have the full breakdown of costs so you can easily stick to budget.
- Item price
- Delivery & Pick Up
- Breakage
- Length of time hired
- Cleaning
- Styling (optional)
- VAT

If you are happy with your quote and would like to book us, we will ask for a 25% deposit on your order to secure your day and hire items.
​
We will ask for the remaining payment 2 weeks before your event or wedding day.
If we do not have final payment we have the right to relinquish your date, and keep the deposit.
Step 3: Your Big Day or Event
​
2 weeks before your event, we will confirm times with you to bring your hire items to the venue.
We can also talk straight to your venue - we prefer this as it is one less thing you have to worry about.

We will also arrange a time for it to be collected the next day.
We don't ask for timings at booking as you probably won't know the answer until everything is mostly in place.

If you are having us style your tables, we will talk to your venue about the order of the day, and when we need to set up your tables, as well as aisle - if required, and when we need to take it away by so you can dance all night long.
