Breakage Policy

At Un-Traditional, we believe in transparency and fairness in all aspects of our services, including our breakage fee policy.

We understand that accidents can happen despite the best preparations. Therefore, we have implemented a breakage fee policy to cover any unforeseen damages or losses.

When you book with us, a 25% deposit is required to secure your items and chosen date(s), ensuring peace of mind and guaranteeing our commitment to you.

*It's essential to note that this deposit does not include the breakage fee.

The breakage fee is not included in your initial deposit.

It is an additional charge that will only be invoiced if any items become damaged, broken, or lost during your event.

All of this information and more will be in the contract you sign with us.

In the unlikely event that such circumstances arise, you will receive an invoice detailing any additional costs incurred due to breakage or lost.

 

We kindly request that these charges be settled within 7 days, allowing us to swiftly address the situation and maintain the quality of our services.
