Breakage Policy

At Un-Traditional, we believe in transparency and fairness in all aspects of our services, including our breakage fee policy.

We understand that accidents can happen despite the best preparations. Therefore, we have implemented a breakage fee policy to cover any unforeseen damages or losses.

The breakage fee is added to your quote separately, and clearly listed.

Depending if you are solely hiring, or have us onsite as your stylists, the price is either 10% or 20% of the hired items cost only.

We ask for this upfront to avoid any ugly disputes after the best day of your life. 

​

The breakage fee will be refunded if we deem all the items hired are reusable.
