Let’s talk about taking up space, choosing joy, and throwing a wedding that actually looks and feels like you. None of that cookie-cutter, play-it-safe nonsense.

We are talking about Izzy and Fraser’s utterly delicious wedding day at The Shack Revolution, and let me tell you, it was an absolute feast for the eyes.

When Izzy slid into our inbox back in 2024, we knew this was going to be magic. We had a glorious 18 months to plan the vibe, and her initial brief was loud: hot pink and bright orange.

YES FUCKING PLEASE.

But as we got closer to the day—about six months out—we tweaked it. We layered in soft peach, luscious creams, and a deep, romantic burgundy. It softened those bold statement colours while still keeping all the drama. It was giving depth. It was giving romance. We were completely obsessed.

Just want to say a MASSIVE thank you for everything you both did for our wedding day! The venue looked AMAZING and every single person we spoke to said how much they love the decorations and the styling!! Cannot thank you enough 🥹💖

Streamadelica: Let’s talk about the streamers, babes! Adding these lifted the entire room and brought so much dynamic energy to the ceiling. (A little hot tip for couples currently planning: this is an extra expense that couples arrange directly, but my god, it is SO worth it for the ultimate vibe shift!).

Noisy Wren: Who absolutely SMASHED the florals. They were bold, they were fun, and they perfectly anchored our styling.

Dearest Love Photography: Choosing the right photographer for a bold look is crucial, and they were absolutely the perfect fit to capture this insane colour palette flawlessly.

And as always, it is such a massive pleasure to be back at The Shack Revolution. The team there are completely fab, and the industrial bones of the venue practically beg for fabulous, out-of-the-box wedding styling.
