When I got married I WISHED for a ‘me’. Someone like myself who could pull all the ideas I had saved on Pinterest to make it my own, and fit the wedding decor budget I had.

But there wasn’t, and I had to learn to do it all by myself.

Which turned out to be the BEST thing, as I LOVE what I do now—how I’ve turned something I’m passionate and GOOD at, into a business that really helps other couples by taking away so much stress and brings in a lot of creative power.

Why My "Doodles" Are Actually Proprietary Alternative Wedding Stylist Blueprints

On brainstorming calls I am finding out all about you—all the little things you say, I jot down—the things you love and dislike—I capture it all. As I need to learn as much about you as I can in our first 45min - 1hour of getting to know each other.

I then go away and doodle. Graphic doodling of all the things you said you liked and the vibe you wanted to create. I put together a snippet of each zone you need us to design and setup.

I do all of this before I even think about getting any money, as I want to be so damn sure that you are picking the right stylist for your day.

I want you to trust Myself and Rosie deeply. Hence why we pull all the doodles in with your Quote so you can see the vision we are thinking and going to create. But please don't just take off with them. I spend hours putting it all together to make sure you're comfortable and empowered. Don't do us dirty. Haha.

But Why No Floral Guys?

I often get asked, “Why don’t you do florals? Lots of other stylists do.” My response to that is:

I don’t offer floral services because I believe that needs a dedicated specialist to handle the logistics of live, seasonal stems. You won’t find us pulling pre-made, mass-produced faux arrangements out of a box; that’s not our vibe.

If you want to work with us EVERYTHING is bespoke.

I design weddings to suit you—it NEVER suits me. I am constantly pulling in new items—Rosie is making new props all the time to suit your vision. Oh and we have heard horror stories of vendors forcing couples, yes forcing couples into items they don't like! We NEVER force you into something you don’t want because it’s easier for us.

We give a SHIT that it’s all about you, and what you want.

What Happens When You Hire an Alternative Wedding Stylist?

Okay, so what is it actually like to have a Designing Stylist on your team?

Well! Ya know when your scrolling Pinterest, and you love so many different bits of all these pinned images and you’re confusing yourself, or like going “HOW ON EARTH DO I ACHIEVE THIS?”

Well, this is where you’ve gone wrong immediately.

Why would you want to copy someone else’s wedding?

I ask for your Pinterest board as I want to see what you’re drawn to, but I ultimately listen to what you love and design something based on your own words and take elements of images that you love and make it work within your decor budget.

Yes, I do have starting prices. They are the minimum spend for 5 different zones that we’ll design and set up with nice styling and includes the design plan (if you want less zones that’s fine or if your wedding is totally different, cool no worries). But we work with how much you want to spend.

And it really is—the more your budget is, THE MORE IT GETS!

It’s also like, the more you want to invest in us, the more energy we can pour into the visual soul and items to create your day. 

We want to throw myself into your wedding; we want to make everything from scratch and get you the best, of the best, of the fucking best.

If you’re shopping around, hire companies might quote you £1,400. But do they become a member of your team? Do they stick around to help the photographer find the confetti? No. They want to come in at 10 am, throw it together, and move on to the next job. You are just another order to them. They do not see you as someone who is trusting the whole look and vibe of their day to them…. You get what you pay for.

And when you book us, dude, we give a damn.
